The Shareholders’ Meeting of Estra S.p.A. approved the Financial Statements at 31 December 2021, as well as the allocation of net profit for the year.
Acknowledging Estra Spa’s €17.7 million net result for the year, the Shareholders’ Meeting resolved to distribute to Shareholders (Consiag – Prato 39.50%; Coingas – Arezzo 25.14%; Intesa – Siena 25.14%; Viva Energia – Ancona 10%) a total dividend of €16 million (0.07 eurocents per share), allocating the remainder to the extraordinary reserve and the legal reserve.
In the same meeting, the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Consolidated Statement of Non-Financial Information/Sustainability Report were presented to the Shareholders. The 2021 Consolidated Financial Statements reported revenues of €1,058.5 million, adjusted EBITDA of €112.2 million and adjusted net profit of €28.6 million. The Consolidated Statement of Non-Financial Information highlights, inter alia, another figure that is key for the local area: goods and services provided, net of the purchase of methane gas and electricity, exceeded €270 million, 55.8% of which was distributed to suppliers located in central Italy.
The Shareholders’ Meeting confirmed the appointment of the chartered accountant Giovanni Grazzini di Arezzo as Director, appointed by the Shareholder Coingas, as set out in the Company’s Articles of Association and in Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code.
