ESTRA: CEO Alessandro Piazzi is also taking on the role of Chairman of Estra

At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of Estra S.p.A. decided to appoint Chief Executive Officer Alessandro Piazzi also to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
This decision was made following the resolution of the Italian Anticorruption Authority (ANAC) deeming Francesco Macrì not appointable as Estra’s Chairman, and thereby causing him to lose his position.
The Board of Directors has decided to take all actions available to protect the company’s interest with regard to the contents of the ANAC’s resolution.
