Estra wins bid for the interest held by the Municipality of Monte San Savino in A.I.S.A. S.p.A.

Estra has been named the winner of the tender held by the Municipality of Monte San Savino for the sale of the equity interest held by the municipal government in A.I.S.A. S.p.A. Estra has thus been awarded a 1.16% stake in A.I.S.A. S.p.A., responsible for administrative and accounting management of its 6.81% investment in SEI Toscana.

The acquisition is in keeping with Estra's decision to enter the integrated waste management business, important to the Group's growth and development in view of an increasing presence as a multiutility company.
