The Shareholders’ Meeting of Estra S.p.A., chaired by Francesco Macrì, approved the Financial Statements at 31 December 2018 and the Board of Directors’ proposal for the allocation of profit for the year.
Acknowledging a net result amounting to €18,054,771, the Shareholders’ Meeting resolved to distribute to Shareholders (Consiag – Prato 39.50%; Coingas - Arezzo 25.14%; Intesa - Siena 25.14%; Viva Servizi - Ancona 10%) a total dividend of €12,638,340 (5.5 eurocents per share), allocating the remainder to the extraordinary reserve (€4,513,693) and to the legal reserve (€902,738).
The allocation confirms the Company’s commitment to creating value for its Shareholders and the local communities.
In the same meeting, the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Consolidated Statement of Non-Financial Information (pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 254/2016) for the year ended 31 December 2018 were presented to the Shareholders’ Meeting. The Consolidated Statement of Non-Financial Information highlights in particular one of the many components that are key to creating value for the local communities: the amount of works and goods and services purchased exceeded €249 million, 66% of which distributed to suppliers located in central Italy.
